Residential Conveyancing Locum

CRA Consulting are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a busy and well-established law firm in Rotherham on a 3-6 month locum contract, covering maternity leave.
The successful candidate will join a busy residential conveyancing team and take responsibility for managing their own caseload, dealing with matters from instruction through to completion.
Key responsibilities:

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Providing clear and professional advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other relevant parties
• Progressing matters efficiently and meeting relevant deadlines
• Working as part of an established and busy team

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive status
• Strong residential conveyancing experience
• Experience managing a caseload independently
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• The ability to hit the ground running in a busy environment
• Availability to start at short notice

This is a great opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer looking for a 3-6 month locum assignment paying £45-£50 per hour.
