of the existing postholder, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor
to join our team on a permanent basis. You will be confident in providing
credible and professional advice on all workforce related matters to our 8,000+
colleagues across the organisation. Main duties of the jobIn this varied and busy role, you will support the Medicine and Emergency Care Group. This is one of the Trusts largest clinical care group and includes our Emergency and Acute departments along with Specialty Medicine areas such as Renal, Cardiology, Diabetes and Respiratory. You will be providing first level support to our Line Managers on all employee relations related matters including dignity at work, performance management, disciplinary and grievance issues.This posts will also have a particular focus on supporting managers with their sickness absence management.To be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to think on your feet and work to tight deadlines.
