We are recruiting for a passionate and ambitious Deputy Manager to join a highly successful gastro pub, restaurant and bar operation in a beautiful location close to Stone and Stafford.

It is successful both as a destination venue and a thriving local favourite with a loyal regular trade.
We are looking for a hands-on Deputy Manager with personality, energy and a genuine love for hospitality. Someone who enjoys being on the floor, behind the bar, chatting with guests from all walks of life and helping create a memorable customer experience every day.
This role would suit someone currently working within a quality gastro pub or fresh food pub operation who is looking to step into a business where they can really make their mark and progress their career.
What were looking for:
Experience within a quality gastro pub, premium food pub or fresh food restaurant operation
A strong host with excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage naturally with guests
Hands-on approach with the willingness to support across all areas of the business
Strong leadership skills with experience motivating, training and developing teams
Good commercial awareness including stock control, GP management and driving sales
High standards across food, drink and service delivery
Ambitious and eager to develop into a broader management role, including future involvement with the bedrooms side of the business
Experience from either quality independents, premium gastro pub groups or a combination of both would be ideal
