Solution Search are currently looking to grow their busy recruitment team and looking to offer recruitment industry apprenticeships. You will spend 4 days in the office and 1 day completing apprenticeship course work. Solution Recruitment have a strong presence within the construction industry. This will allow the right individuals to develop in their recruitment career. We have a new office, which includes a free gym, cafe and exceptional facilities. You will * Working closely across the construction sector with the other Consultants * Sourcing candidates for roles * Mapping out companies/contacts on the CRM system * Assisting with setting up events * Networking face-to-face and virtually * Create a strong LinkedIn presence * Updating details on the database ensuring accurate entry What would be expected * Confidence speaking with clients and candidates via phone/email * Motivated to succeed and aim towards becoming a consultant * Can think outside the box and adapt with working with various candidates and clients. * Have the ability to multitask What you'll get in return A highly competitive salary and chance to be part of a growing and sociable team!
