HRIS Analyst - SuccessFactors essential. 12 months

Your new company An established organisation that is looking to pull various entities under one umbrella Your new role With SuccessFactors newly implemented, our client is seeking an experienced individual who can support the business in embedding HRIS Success Factors globally. You'll also be responsible for workforce analytics, establishing workforce governance and providing insights and recommendations of SuccessFactors modules. This role will run for 12 months and requires 3 days in the office and is walking distance from Bank. What you'll need to succeed You'll be comfortable with SuccessFactors and have experience of setting up various dashboards, improving processes using SuccessFactors and a strong analytical skill set whilst managing various stakeholders.
