An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&E Operations Manager to join a leading building services/FM provider on a prestigious large static site in South London.

We are looking for a technically qualified manager with a strong background in engineering maintenance and proven leadership experience managing teams within critical or commercial environments.

The Role:
Overseeing day-to-day engineering operations on a large static site
Managing and leading a team of engineers and supervisors
Ensuring compliance, KPI delivery, and high service standards
Client liaison and stakeholder management
Driving operational performance and continuous improvement

Requirements:
Technically qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Strong leadership and team management experience
Experience within commercial building maintenance/FM environments
Excellent client-facing and organisational skills
