About the role

Job title - Training Co-Ordinator/Admin Support Duration - 12months Shift patterns - Mon-Fri 40hours per week fully onsite Pay rate - DOE Location - Whitehaven Role Overview - Admin/Training Support The Administration and Training Support role provides essential coordination and administrative assistance to ensure the effective delivery of construction activities within a regulated environment. Working closely with the Construction, Administration, and Training teams, the postholder helps ensure that personnel meet regulatory and project-specific competency standards, and that all training records are accurate, up to date, and compliant. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment. Key Responsibilities The role supports day-to-day project operations, including but not limited to: - Taking minutes of meetings to support the wider Construction Team - Record Management, including support to document control and the wider Construction Team - Procurement orders to support the daily operations of the Construction office and Project Execution - Filing (both hardcopy and electronic) and other general administrative tasks - Assisting with the coordination and tracking of training, competence, and SQEP requirements. - Design and develop training Matrixes - Coordinating schedules, managing logistics, tracking participant progress, and evaluating training effectiveness. - Ensure communication between trainers and participants, handle administrative tasks, and update training materials as needed. - Manage Training Matrixes - Ensure auditable trail - Communicate with the relevant departments ensuring all training is kept up to date.
