End of Lease Cleaners Needed in Birmingham

We are currently recruiting experienced End of Lease Cleaners for residential move-out cleaning assignments.

Successful applicants will complete detailed deep cleans to ensure properties are ready for new tenants.

Main Duties:

• Cleaning vacant homes and apartments

• Deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and appliances

• Removing dust, mould, stains, and limescale

• Cleaning internal windows, floors, and skirting boards

• Completing cleans to inspection-ready standards

Work Schedule

• Flexible part-time work, with assignments typically lasting 4–8 hours

• Work is primarily available Monday to Friday, with regular weekend opportunities

• Jobs are offered as they become available in your area

• Please note that this is a part-time role and does not guarantee full-time hours

Pay & Benefits

• £15 per hour

• £18 payment per job for the use of your own equipment and cleaning supplies

• Paid travel time where applicable

• Client parking costs covered (except where only street parking is available)

• 2+ years of professional cleaning experience

• Ability to work independently

• Own transport and cleaning equipment required

• Reliable and detail-oriented

• Good English communication
