Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to enable continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver comprehensive solutions to customer needs.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance the quality of customer support provided.

• Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
