About the role
To provide a high standard of face and body treatments to guests and members, holding a recognised Level 3 and Level 2 beauty qualification.
As a Spa Therapist, you will be a master of the guest journey through combining technical excellence with intuitive service, expert aftercare prescriptions, and a commitment to achieving personal performance targets. You will be an active contributor to the spas culture of continuous improvement and premium hospitality.
- Deliver excellent service with a focus on guest experience, retail conversations and aftercare advice.
- Achieve individual performance targets including treatment upselling, sales conversion and client request rates.
- Support the wider spa team with additional tasks as needed and actively participate in training and development.
- To deliver an exceptional standard of bespoke face and body treatments to guests and members, utilising recognised Level 3 and Level 2 beauty qualifications.
