Hybrid Credit Controller (Contract)

MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation based in Mallusk to recruit a Credit Controller for a 6 month fixed-term contract, with the potential of extension. The Role Reporting to the Credit Control Lead, this role will involve: Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and following up on outstanding balances Negotiating and agreeing appropriate payment plans Ensuring debts are managed in line with internal policies and procedures Escalating overdue or high-risk accounts when required Maintaining accurate records while delivering a high level of service The Person The successful candidate will have: Strong communication skills and confidence handling phone-based conversations Experience in credit control, collections, or within a regulated environment Ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism and empathy Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general IT systems The Rewards As part of the temporary assignment, this role offers: A competitive salary package of £28,750 Generous annual leave entitlement plus additional company days Hybrid working available following initial training period Modern office environment with on-site parking Supportive team culture with regular company engagement activities To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up-to-date CV via the link provided or contact Clare Simpson at MCS Group .
