Customer Service Advisor
Pertemps are currently recruiting for Customer Service advisors to join a storage business based in Southampton. This is a full time permanent position
Responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor:
Deal with sales enquiries from customers
Selling a range of services available
Complete all administrative tasks
Assist with Forklift Duties
Provide a high level of customer service
Requirements:
Proven customer service experience
Happy working within a yard environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working within a small team
The Customer Service Advisor Role:
40 hrs week – between 8 and 6pm Monday- Friday- shifts
Saturdays 10am to 5pm and Sundays 10am -4pm
Required to work 1 in 3 weekends
£27,053 per annum
20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
