Responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating financing documentation, advising on security structures, coordinating multi-disciplinary transaction teams and delivering commercially focused advice on complex financing arrangements.The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' PQE gained within a recognised Banking & Finance practice.
