Site Manager Guildford - Social Housing Temp to Perm + Vehicle + Benefits We are currently recruiting experienced Site Managers to oversee social housing roofing programmes across Guildford. The successful candidates will have experience managing programmes of work within a social housing environment, ideally covering roofing, re-roofing, or similar planned maintenance projects. Responsibilities: Managing subcontractors and day-to-day site operations Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard Managing health & safety and site compliance Liaising with tenants, clients, and internal teams Requirements: Previous social housing experience Roofing / re-roofing or similar planned works background preferred SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certificates Strong communication and organisational skills Linsco is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
