Architect / Architectural Technician - Major Infrastructure Projects Location: London (Hybrid - 3 Days in Office) Rate: £36-£40 per hour (Inside IR35) Contract: 6 Months Start: ASAP You'll be joining a large multidisciplinary team working on complex, high-value schemes, contributing across early design and technical stages (RIBA 0-4). With multiple hires required, this is a rare chance to get involved in long-term, nationally significant projects at the design stage. What You'll Be Doing Supporting design across large-scale infrastructure projects Producing and developing Revit models and design information Contributing to early-stage design (Stages 0-4) Working within a multidisciplinary project environment Supporting coordination across complex stakeholder teams Producing drawings, reports and technical documentationWhat They're Looking For Experience as an Architect or Architectural Technician Strong Revit skills Experience across early design / technical stages (0-4) Background in infrastructure, public sector or large-scale projects (ideal) Ability to work within complex, multi-team environmentsWhy This Role Stands Out Work on nationally significant infrastructure schemes Exposure to rail, aviation and defence sectors 5 positions available - strong chance of interview Long-term programme with potential extensions Hybrid working in London🔥 Immediate interviews available - roles like this don't stay open long
