Collaborate with fellow staff members, parents, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each student's progress. Qualifications: Experience working with children with SEN is preferred, but not essential. Passion and willingness to learn are valued! Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting diverse learning needs. Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable).
