Job Description: Pay: Up to £27,500.00 per year Job Description: Warehouse Operative (Permanent) Location: New Rossington Salary: £27,426 per annum Contract Type: Permanent SHIFT - 13:30 to 21:30 Overview: We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our team on a permanent basis. This position offers fixed shift patterns with no rotation, providing stability and predictability. Candidates can choose between an AM or PM shift to suit their preferences. Key Responsibilities: * Picking, packing, and dispatching goods efficiently and accurately. * Loading and unloading warehouse deliveries. * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. * Using warehouse equipment and systems to track stock. * Ensuring stock integrity and proper storage. * Collaborating with team members to meet operational targets. Shift Patterns * Shift: 13:30 to 21:30 Candidates will select their preferred shift during the application process. There will be no rotation between shifts. Candidate Requirements: * Reliable with a strong work ethic. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Good attention to detail. * Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous but not essential. * Comfortable working fixed shifts as per selection.
