Senior Product Manager (Remote)

As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive strategic product direction across our global gifting platform while maintaining a holistic view of our product ecosystem. Identify strategic opportunities to align product development with broader business goals Maintain a comprehensive view of product workstreams to ensure cohesive development Oversee timeline management across multiple concurrent projects Partner with Engineering and Project teams to proactively identify risks and maximise resource utilisation and impact Drive critical decision-making around project trade-offs and timeline adjustments Communicate project status and impacts to the Leadership team Balance short-term customer needs with long-term strategic objectives Align product roadmap priorities to commercial impact, not just feature delivery Drive data-informed decision-making across the product organisation Communicate product data to the Leadership team and across the business, ensuring the company is well-informed on product impact ~5+ years of product management experience ~ Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership ~ Desire to work in a lean, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly ~ Competitive Salary ~ Hybrid Working Model ~ Company Pension ~ 25 days Annual Leave + 2 Company Days  ~ Maternity and Paternity Paid Leave ~ Harold's Cross, Dublin| Hybrid, Remote EU/UK
