Senior Construction Manager – Client Side West London | Major Infrastructure Programme We're working with a leading client to appoint an experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of a major civil infrastructure and enabling works programme in West London. This is a client-side opportunity where you'll be responsible for leading site delivery, managing Tier 1 contractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest technical standards. The Role * Lead the delivery of major civil engineering and enabling works * Oversee earthworks, drainage, utilities, piling, highways and external works * Manage principal contractors and subcontractors across multiple work fronts * Monitor programme, quality, health & safety and commercial performance * Coordinate with utilities, local authorities and key project stakeholders * Identify risks, drive solutions and provide clear reporting to senior management About You * 10+ years' experience delivering complex civil engineering or infrastructure projects * Strong background managing Tier 1 contractors on large-scale schemes * Excellent knowledge of CDM 2015 and construction best practice * Experience reviewing programmes using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project * Confident communicator with the ability to challenge contractors and influence project outcomes * Black CSCS, SMSTS and relevant management qualifications What's on Offer * Client-side role with genuine influence over project delivery * Long-term opportunity on a flagship infrastructure programme * High-profile project working alongside leading contractors * Competitive salary and benefits package
