This role will be within our
Water and wastewater capital project delivery - Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What will you be doing?
This 12-month programme will develop your practical, technical and soft-skills. On successful completion of your apprenticeship, you'll gain a Project Managment Level 4 qualification and a permanent, long-term career with M Group Water!
In this apprenticeship, you'll:
Complete a Level 4 Project Management Apprenticeship while developing technical knowledge of the water industry and building key skills in communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and independent project delivery.
Support Project Managers and Delivery Managers in delivering safe, compliant and efficient Clean Water and Wastewater capital projects, gaining hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle.
Assist with project governance, planning and reporting activities, including maintaining project documentation, trackers, schedules, risk logs and performance dashboards.
Coordinate with designers, engineers, subcontractors and stakeholders to support design development, project delivery, approvals, customer communications and programme milestones.
Provide support for commercial, contract and construction activities, including change control, cost tracking, site documentation, progress monitoring, defect management and project handovers.
There will be an expectation to travel across the South of England in this role.
What you’ll bring
Five GCSEs at Grade C or higher including Maths and English or a Level 2 apprenticeship and Level 3 qualification i.e. A Level DD, BTEC National Diploma PPP, Access to HE Diploma with 21 Merits or equivalent
Valid UK/EU driving licence.
