We’re working with a growing agency that’s looking for a Senior Paid Social Executive to join their team and work across an exciting portfolio of ecommerce clients.

The role is around 80% Paid Social, so strong experience across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest is key. You’ll also get exposure to PPC and Creative, working across channels to help drive meaningful growth for your clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting and helping shape Paid Social strategy across your client portfolio
• Managing and optimising campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest
• Supporting wider Paid Media activity across Google Ads / PPC
• Getting involved in creative strategy across hooks, formats, video, UGC and influencer content
• Using performance data to identify opportunities and inform creative decisions
• Preparing insights, reports and recommendations for clients
• Helping manage client budgets, KPIs and campaign performance
• Working closely with Paid Social, PPC, Performance and Creative teams
• Supporting projects and helping identify opportunities to grow client accounts

We’re looking for:

• Strong hands-on Paid Social experience, particularly across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest
• Good knowledge of Google Ads / PPC
• An interest in the relationship between creative and performance
• Exposure to UGC, influencers and performance-led creative
• Good understanding of Paid Media strategy and campaign optimisation
• Strong analytical and commercial skills
• Confident communication skills and an ability to work with clients
• Good organisation and project management skills
• A proactive, ideas-led approach and willingness to take ownership
• Agency experience would be a bonus
