What you'll be doing
Leading and motivating a team of up to 15 front-of-house employees to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Managing the day-to-day operation of a busy, high-volume restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Overseeing recruitment, training and team development.
Building strong relationships with guests and handling feedback professionally to maintain excellent service standards.
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Assistant Restaurant Manager ready to take the next step.
Leadership experience within a premium restaurant
A confident and charismatic leader who can inspire, motivate and develop a team.
Commercially aware with strong organisational and administrative skills.
Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.
