The Opportunity As Audit Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role within the audit team, overseeing client engagements, developing team members, and building strong client relationships. What You’ll Be Doing: Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients across Northern Ireland and the wider UK Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion Review work completed by Audit Seniors and Junior team members Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships‍ Mentor, coach, and develop junior colleagues Collaborate with Partners on advisory projects and business development initiatives Drive continuous improvement and help shape a positive team culture About You We’re looking for an experienced and motivated audit professional who enjoys leading teams, building client relationships, and delivering high-quality work.️ Essential Requirements ACA or ACCA qualified Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualified experience within accountancy practice Strong audit and accounts experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven leadership and team management capabilities Commercial awareness with a client-focused approach Experience coaching and developing team members Why Join This Firm?
