Warehouse Manager

We are recruitng for a Operations/Warehouse manager for a well established Automated Warehouse based just outside of Coventry. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for UK operations, ensuring high service standards, operational efficiency, and strong financial performance. The successful candidate will lead by example, drive continuous improvement, and foster a motivated, high-performing team culture. You will be expected to balance customer satisfaction with cost control, while maintaining clear communication across all levels of the business. Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence and develop teams are essential. Qualifications & Experience A formal qualification in operations, management, or a related discipline would be advantageous; however, significant relevant industry experience will also be considered. Reporting Structure Reports to: * Operations Director Direct Reports: * Operations Manager * IT Technician * Maintenance Technicians * HR Team Communication & Meetings The role requires regular engagement through: * Weekly capacity planning meetings * Weekly operational reviews * Weekly Health & Safety reviews In addition, maintaining effective day-to-day communication across departments is critical to ensuring smooth operations.
