Freezer Warehouse Operative - Purfleet

As a Freezer Warehouse Operative, youll be part of a specialist team working in a high-performing freezer environment at temperatures as low as -25C. Your safety and comfort come first, and we provide full thermal protective gear to keep you warm throughout your shift. What Were Looking For No Warehouse experience needed just bring a positive attitude. You must be 18 or over . You must be able to handle Meat and Alcohol You must be within reasonable commute time from the site using your method of transport. For your safety and the safety of others, you must be able to understand and follow Health & Safety briefings and operational instructions Available Day Roles (You will work 4 shifts in every 7-day period. Shifts are spread across the full week, including weekends) Day Shift: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM (4 days on, 3 days off) Night Shift: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM (4 nights on, 3 nights off) Pay & Premiums Starting salary: £12.84 per hour (base pay shown freezer premium added separately) Freezer premium + £1.00 per hour Night shift premium: + £2.67 per hour (12 am - 6 am). Overtime paid at 1.25x basic rate.
