Overview


Are you a detail‑oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Do you thrive in a role where accuracy and organisation are key? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Pensions Administrator at Gallagher.



How You’ll Make An Impact


  • Administer the full pension lifecycle, including both automated and manual calculations.
  • Draft correspondence and reports for scheme members and clients with precision.
  • Run pensioner payrolls and support the Client Executive team.
  • Liaise with scheme members via email, letter, and telephone, ensuring professional and efficient query resolution.
  • Handle non‑standard client and member queries with confidence.
  • Collaborate with team members and build strong relationships with supporting teams.
  • Provide support to team members and assist the Team Leader as required.


About You


  • Experience in administering Defined Benefit (DB) and/or Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes (advantageous).
  • A willingness to study or currently studying towards the Pension Management Institute’s CPC qualification.
  • Strong analytical skills with a logical approach to problem‑solving.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to process, collect, and input data accurately.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills to meet deadlines and disclosure requirements.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • You must have the right to work in the UK.
