Join Our Growing Recruitment Team We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our established business.
This role will suit a driven, ambitious recruiter who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle on a hot desk, including developing business, handling client management, sourcing, placement, and aftercare of workers.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Management - Proactively identify and win new business opportunities
Generate new client relationships through outbound sales activity, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Arrange and attend client meetings both virtually and in person
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Identify opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts
Negotiate terms of business and recruitment solutions
Understand client requirements and provide consultative recruitment support
Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
Candidate Attraction & Recruitment - Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases
Screen CVs and match candidates to suitable vacancies
Conduct candidate interviews and registrations
Advertise vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish
Complete compliance and right-to-work checks
Provide candidates with advice and support throughout the recruitment journey
Administration & Compliance - Maintain accurate records using the CRM and recruitment database
Produce vacancy advertisements and candidate profiles
Ensure all recruitment activity complies with employment legislation and company procedures
Manage client and candidate communications professionally and efficiently

Proven success in business development and client acquisition
Demonstrable experience generating recruitment sales and placements
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Confident and professional telephone manner
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence and own transport essential
