Key Responsibilities Lead the opening, daily running, and closing of the boutique Recruit, coach, and inspire a team to deliver elevated, personable service Drive sales through strong KPI management and confident commercial decision-making Maintain impeccable VM standards that reflect a fashion lifestyle aesthetic Ensure operational excellence, stock accuracy, and seamless back-of-house processes Build lasting client relationships to maximise conversion and repeat visits Represent the brand with confidence, charm, and professionalism About You Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Manager with Fashion Retail experience Able to motivate and develop a team in a high-energy, guest-focused environment Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working at pace Commercially astute with a strong track record of delivering results Passionate about storytelling, craftsmanship, and creating exceptional client experiences
