The Role – Head of Geography This school is seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Head of Geography on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be required to lead, plan, deliver, and monitor engaging Geography lessons up to Key Stage 5. Lead an experienced and supportive department, driving strong outcomes and student progression. Monitor and track student progress to ensure high levels of achievement across the department. Support and develop staff within the department to maintain high standards of teaching and learning. Understand the impact and importance of your role in helping students develop high aspirations and a strong understanding of Geography. Always promote the school’s ethos and values.
