We are currently looking for a passionate SPA Receptionist , to join our SPA on a casual basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As a SPA Receptionist , your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
Handle phone, email, and in-person reservations, ensuring efficient use of therapist time and treatment rooms
Provide information on treatments, products, and promotions, and resolve guest queries promptly and professionally
Manage cash, card, and membership transactions accurately, including gift voucher sales
Promote and upsell spa products and packages to maximise revenue.
Manage booking systems, and coordinate with therapists, spa management and other departments for smooth operations
You will work the hours according to your availability and business needs, just notify your manager and they will schedule your shifts accordingly.
