£60,000
- £65,000 per annum, depending on experience 39 hours per week, Interim or Permanent Home Manager Location: Barford Court, 157 Kingsway, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 4GR As a Home Manager, youll lead with empathy, expertise and vision.

Youll create an environment where residents experience exceptional care and staff feel supported, motivated and confident to perform at their best.

Youll mentor and support staff, ensure residents needs are met with dignity and consistency, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.

You will also liaise with families, health professionals and external stakeholders, helping the home to run safely and smoothly every day.

You will be a visible and supportive presence, guiding the team, auditing care plans, managing medication processes and implementing improvements that enhance residents wellbeing.
