Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm

We are seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our busy and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious individual who is comfortable working in a cold environment.

The Role

As an FLT Reach Driver, you will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently within a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will be expected to maintain high standards of health and safety while performing your duties and contribute positively to the team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a counterbalance forklift in accordance with company procedures
Ensure all goods are handled and stored correctly
Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Assist with general warehouse duties as required
Work effectively as part of a team

Candidate Requirements

Valid Reach FLT licence – essential
Previous FLT driving experience preferred
Good understanding of health and safety procedures
Reliable, punctual and committed to full-time hours
Comfortable working in a cold environment
Physically fit and able to carry out warehouse duties as necessary
Willingness to work Monday to Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm
