Job Description Private Client Solicitor / 6+ PQE / North Yorkshire / c£75,000 DOE / A well established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to lead its private client offering and play a key role in the continued growth of the wider business. This is an excellent opportunity for either an existing Head of Department or a Senior Private Client Lawyer ready to take the next step into a strategic leadership role–  \nJOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor (Head of Department)                   \nThe successful candidate will oversee a busy and well-regarded private client department undertaking a varied and high quality caseload. The role will involve advising clients across a broad range of matters including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, tax planning, powers of attorney and Court of Protection work. This role would suit someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships and providing tailored advice across often sensitive and technical matters. This will include supervising and mentoring team members, supporting business development initiatives and helping shape the future direction and continued growth of the private client team.
