An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Corporate Tax practice of a leading international law firm in London.

Working as part of a highly regarded tax team, you'll advise multinational corporates, financial institutions, private equity sponsors and investment funds on the tax aspects of complex transactions. The role offers exposure to M&A, private equity, financing, restructuring and investment fund matters, with the opportunity to develop your experience alongside leading corporate and finance lawyers.

Requirements

• Newly qualified in England & Wales, or due to qualify shortly.

• Strong Corporate Tax experience gained during your training contract at a leading UK, US or international law firm.

• Exposure to the tax aspects of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, financing, restructuring or investment funds matters.

• Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills. xwzovoh

• A clear interest in building a long-term career within transactional Corporate Tax.
