Occupational Therapist & Senior Occupational Therapist - Reablement at Home (pilot service) £34.34-£36.00 per hour | Hackney Overview I am currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to work with my client in Hackney. You will be working in the Reablement at Home pilot service. The Reablement at Home pilot service is designed to support individuals in Hackney to regain independence and achieve therapy-led goals in their own homes. The pilot aims to inform the long-term recommissioning of wider homecare services by testing and refining a reablement approach delivered by commissioned providers. Description of the Service A Reablement approach will be offered to residents for up to 6 weeks, with the aim to review and reduce the input provided with the resident throughout the duration. The contract is 37 hours per week. £36.00 per hour. This is initially a 6-month contract. Requirements At least 1 years postgraduate experience HCPC registered Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy recognised by relevant professional bodies.
