Freelance Project Manager - D&B Commercial Fit Out Central London £1m Project | 3 Floors Programme through to September | Start Early June Experienced Project Manager required for a commercial fit out project comprising landlord and tenant works across three floors within an occupied building. One floor will be tenant fit out, with two floors of landlord works. The successful candidate must be capable of managing and splitting focus across multiple workstreams while maintaining programme, multiple client communication, and delivery standards. Requirements Strong commercial fit out experience Experience managing landlord and tenant works simultaneously Client facing and commercially aware Able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams Experience working alongside internal design teams and external professional teams Strong programme and subcontractor management skillsProject Details Start required: Early June Construction start: Late June
