A Chartered Independent Financial Planning firm in London is seeking a Head of Support & Development to lead a team of about 13 people (7 Paraplanners and 6 Administrators) and turn the function into a centre of excellence.

The role will own training, development standards and processes, create clear career pathways, and explore a future academy for Administrators and Paraplanners. Hybrid working offers 3 days in the office, with up to around £85k basic and a discretionary bonus.
