Facades Package ManagerConstruction > Project Management (Build)Salary80000 - 90000 per annum + Plus PackageTypePermanentLocation(s)LondonMy client who're a leading player in the D&B and CM marketplace on construction contracts up to 500million are now in the marketplace for another Facades Package Manager.The ideally candidate will have over 5 years package management experience, either working for a Tier 1 or 2 contractor or leading developer.Following on, candidates who come from a sub-contracting building envelope provider that has delivered large unitised, stick or architectural pre-cast packages up to 40million in value will also be heavily considered.Duties and responsibilities include:Coordinate programmes and site activities to ensure they are in line with project requirementsReview all installation processes for efficiency and ensure compliance with relevant safety guidelines.Manage and coordinate with architects, engineering professionals, clients and sub-contractors to ensure that key targets and programmes are achievedReview façade design and interface detailsDeveloping best suitable construction methodologies for the projectReviewing and monitoring design development against CP's (Contractor Proposals)Construction work programme development and consequent monitoringSequencing construction works to ensure handover dates are metReviewing and signing off risk assessments & method statementsPreparing short term planning programmes/look aheadsFor the right calibre of candidate, my client will look to pay up to 90k plus package for the right person.If you're interested in this position, please send your CV to , or call on
