Their products are recognised worldwide, their standards are industry-leading and their commitment to continuous improvement sits at the heart of everything they do.They are now seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to lead transformational improvement activity across sourcing and supply chain operations at a key UK manufacturing site.This is a high-impact role where you will influence operational performance, lead strategic improvement initiatives, and help shape the future of supply chain excellence within a highly regulated, complex manufacturing environment.The OpportunityReporting into the Operational Excellence function, you'll take ownership of continuous improvement strategy and delivery across sourcing and supply chain operations, driving measurable gains in efficiency, performance, quality, and process capability.You'll work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, lead Lean initiatives, embed best practice, and develop a culture of sustainable improvement throughout the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing and supply chain functionsIdentify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities through data analysis and process reviewFacilitate Lean workshops, strategic reviews, and cross-functional improvement projectsEmbed standardised, audit-ready processes supporting operational and regulatory requirementsDrive KPI reporting, benefits realisation, and performance tracking across CI activitiesChampion Lean methodologies and continuous improvement culture across the organisationCoach and develop CI capability within the team and wider businessSupport best-practice use of SAP and sourcing systems to improve decision-making and data qualityEngage with senior leadership to align improvement activity with strategic business objectivesWhat We're Looking ForProven experience within Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Lean-focused rolesA track record of delivering measurable business improvement projectsExperience working within manufacturing, engineering, sourcing, or supply chain environmentsStrong understanding of Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving toolsConfidence analysing operational data and presenting meaningful business insightsExperience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at multiple levelsLean / Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above advantageous)Exposure to ERP systems such as SAPAerospace, defence, automotive, or other highly regulated manufacturing experience would be highly beneficialWhy Join?Join a globally recognised engineering organisation with an outstanding reputationLong-term stability and significant investment in operational excellenceWork on genuinely meaningful, high-profile engineering programmesOpportunity to influence strategic supply chain performance at scaleStrong career development pathways within a major international businessCollaborative culture focused on innovation, quality, and continuous improvementIf you're passionate about driving operational excellence and want to make a visible impact within a world-class manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
