Are you an experienced Senior Concierge or Property Administrator looking to take the next step in your career?

We are seeking a motivated and organised Assistant Development Manager to support the day-to-day management and smooth operation of a residential development in East London.

In this role, you will work closely with the Development Manager, helping to maintain the highest standards across the development, ensuring residents receive an excellent level of service and that the building remains safe, secure and well maintained.

You will play an important role in supporting the management team, coordinating contractors, overseeing maintenance activities and helping to deliver an exceptional living environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the development, ensuring works are completed promptly and efficiently.
• Liaise with authorised contractors and tradespeople, arranging access and keeping the Development Manager informed of work commencement and completion.
