Are you an experienced Deputy Manager or senior children's residential professional ready to take the next step towards running your own home?

We are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a growing children's residential care provider in Derby, offering a salary of £35,000–£45,000 and, importantly, a genuine opportunity to progress towards becoming the proposed Registered Manager of their next children's home.

This isn't simply another Deputy Manager vacancy.

The organisation is looking for someone with the ambition, confidence and capability to become a Registered Manager as the service continues to grow.

You'll join the existing leadership team, developing your management experience while playing a key role in maintaining high standards of care, supporting the staff team and achieving positive outcomes for the children and young people within the home.
