Location: Cirencester, UK

Earlies - Monday - Thursday, 6am - 2pm and Friday 5:15am - 10:45pm

Lates - Monday - Thursday, 2pm - 10:30pm and Friday 11am - 4:30pm
Salary: £42,000 to £54,000 + Training, Medical, Great Pension, Free Canteen

The Role:

Manage and troubleshoot CNC machinery
Optimise CNC programmes and setups
Train and develop production teams
Support quality inspections and corrective actions
Drive Lean and continuous improvement
Improve production efficiency and output
Resolve technical and equipment issuesWhat They're Looking For:

Engineering qualification or equivalent experience
Strong CNC setting, operating and programming skills
Strong problem-solving skillsInterested?
