Class 2 Tipper Driver Location: Brampton Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour (£36,400 per annum based on 50 hours per week) Job Type: Temp to Perm Start Date: Immediate Start Available The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a Class 2 Tipper Driver on behalf of our client based in the Brampton area. The Role As a Class 2 Tipper Driver, your responsibilities will include: Delivering and tipping sand and stone Transporting materials from quarries to supply depots and construction sites Operating Class 2 tipper vehicles safely and efficiently Carrying out daily vehicle checks Completing delivery paperwork and driver records accurately Ensuring deliveries are made on time and to a high standard Adhering to all driver hours and road transport regulations Working Hours Monday to Friday Start times between 6:00am and 7:00am Finish times between 5:00pm and 6:00pm Approximately 50 hours per week Pay & Benefits £14.00 per hour (£36,400 per annum based on 50 hours per week) Temp-to-perm opportunity Immediate start available No weekend working Long-term, stable employment Potential permanent contract for the right candidate Requirements To be considered, you must have: A valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence A valid Driver CPC Qualification Card A valid Digital Tachograph Card Ideally, at least 6 months' tipper experience, although applicants with strong Class 2 driving experience will also be considered A reliable, punctual and professional attitude Good knowledge of driver hours regulations and road transport legislation Apply Today If you're a dedicated Class 2 Driver looking for a long-term opportunity with immediate starts available, we'd like to hear from you.
