We are seeking an ambitious, hands-on Operations Manager to join a highly regarded independent hospitality business combining exceptional dining, stylish accommodation and outstanding guest experiences.

Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in leading the day-to-day operation across the restaurant, functions, bar and boutique accommodation, ensuring exceptional standards of service, team performance and commercial success.
