Description
Organising and managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
Preparing documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the team.
Arranging travel, accommodation, and itineraries for team members.
Maintaining efficient filing systems and ensuring records are up to date.
Supporting the team with administrative tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Assisting with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.Profile
A successful Personal Assistant (PA) should have:
Previous experience in a similar administrative or PA role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting a busy team.
Confidence in liaising with colleagues and external stakeholders.Job Offer
