Deputy Director – ERP, Workday,Enterprise Resource. Planning  Finance, HR, SC Cleared, HybridWe are seeking an experienced SC Cleared Programme Director to lead a major ERP transformation programme, driving modernisation of Finance, HR, and Commercial functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale government projects, with expertise in Project Delivery Standards, HMT’s Green Book, and GDS Service StandardsKey Responsibilities:Lead and manage the ERP programme, including teams for Finance, HR, and IT projects.Build a high-performing, resilient delivery team.Finalise and secure approval for the Final Business Cases.Develop and oversee plans for development, testing, business change, and operational readiness.Engage stakeholders and communicate progress to senior leadership.Manage risks, budget, and programme dependencies.Ensure compliance with government standards and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.Key Outcomes:Successful delivery of the programme on time, within scope, and budget.Effective stakeholder engagement and high-quality project documentation.Smooth adoption and embedding of new systems and processes.Lessons learned to inform future projects.Experience & Skills:Proven success in managing large transformation programmes involving new technology services.Desirable: experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday), finance and HR modernization, and government assurance processes.This is an exciting opportunity to lead a critical transformation initiative with a significant impact.
