Supply Chain Planning Manager

Alexander Steele are working in partnership with an ambitious, fast-growing consumer goods business with exciting plans for expansion across multiple channels and markets.

As they continue to scale, they are investing in the operations and supply chain capabilities to ensure we they meet increasing customer demand whilst maintaining exceptional service levels. As such, they are looking to recruit a Supply Chain Manager.

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will lead end to end operational planning, procurement and overall business service performance. You will be part of the E2E operations leadership team and have a direct report to execute daily activities and drive continuous improvement in our supply chain performance.

On Offer

• Base salary of £45,000 - £50,000
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• 5% pension

Accountabilities

• Leads execution of daily and weekly inventory and production planning through direct report
• Monitor forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvements.
• Accountable for delivery service SLAs
• Provide clear communication to commercial teams on operational performance, projects and issues
• Lead service performance across the chosen transport companies.
• Manage replenishment plans for finished goods and raw materials.

The Candidate

• Previous Supply Chain, Planning and /or Procurement experience within the FMCG, Consumer Goods and manufacturing industry.
• Previous management experience.
