First Year OTE: £30,000-£40,000
2nd/3rd Year OTE: £40,000-£60,000
3rd/5th Year OTE: £60,000-£100,000+

Location: Belfast City Centre
Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission (up to 35%)

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Build your own client portfolio in a niche IT market and become the go-to expert
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process: source, pitch, negotiate, close
• Hit targets, smash KPIs, and see your effort directly reflected in your pay
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike
• Work autonomously while having access to top-notch training and mentoring

Who We're Looking For

• Graduate with 1+ years\' sales or customer-facing experience (car sales, B2B/B2C, field sales all ideal)
• Ambitious, target-driven, and resilient, someone who pushes harder when it gets tough
• Confident communicator able to speak to decision-makers
• Money-motivated with a competitive edge
• Recruitment experience isn\'t necessary - we\'ll train you from day one
