Production / Warehouse Team Member

Tasty Foods Cuisine Ltd Role: Production Operative Pay:£12.75 per hour Reporting to: CEO Zero-hour contract, generally 4 days per week, Monday to Thursday, from 8am until finish. The role can be filled by one person or two part-time staff sharing the hours. The Role Tasty Foods Cuisine Ltd are seeking a Production Operative to support the smooth and efficient running of production operations. Main Duties and Responsibilities Maintaining good housekeeping standards in the workplace Ensuring that the HACCP system is in operation at all times Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by adhering to a tidy-as-you-go approach Minimising production costs and wastage Maintaining Hygiene, Health & Safety procedures at all times Ensuring that machines are operating properly and in good working order Automating production systems Working under instructions from management Ensuring orders are completed in a timely fashion according to a production schedule Reporting any faults with machines to the Production Supervisor and taking action to troubleshoot and repair faults Training other production operatives Liaising with other members of your team to complete orders Carrying out any other duties to help the overall performance of the company and at the request of management It may be necessary to fill in and help out in different departments when staff are sick or on annual leave Key Performance Indicators Timely completion of all duties and to the required standard Daily tasks completed by close of business each day Effective resolution of all queries Flexible and reliable approach to work Development of strong internal relationships built on trust and quality culture Excellent communication and professional skills at all times Expertise in working within production equipment Expertise in troubleshooting problems Expertise in automation of production processes and systems Compliance with all company policies and procedures JBLE1_NI
