You'll work closely with students, teachers, and pastoral teams to create an engaging learning environment where every student feels valued, supported, and encouraged to succeed. Supporting students with their learning on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Building strong relationships with students, teachers, parents, and colleagues. Assisting with classroom activities and supporting the delivery of lessons. Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence, independence, and resilience. Supporting the wellbeing and personal development of students.
